Open Positions
Field Operations
Part-time / Full-time
Keep the range running smooth. You'll operate our ball-picker cart, collect range balls safely between bays, and help maintain the field. Great for early risers who like being outside and behind the wheel.
Guest Services
Part-time / Full-time
Be the friendly first face of The Drive By. Ring up buckets and merch, hand off tokens, answer questions, and keep the front counter moving. Comfortable with POS systems and great with people.
Field Operations
Part-time / Full-time
Get golfers set up and dialed in. Walk guests to their bay, troubleshoot the tracking tech, restock buckets, and make sure every session is a great one. Golf knowledge is a plus.
Facilities
Part-time / Full-time
Take pride in a sparkling facility. Keep bays, restrooms, patios, and common areas spotless throughout the day. Detail-oriented and dependable — you make the whole experience better.
Lessons
Contract / Part-time
Coach individuals and groups of all skill levels. Run private lessons, group clinics, and junior programs. PGA / LPGA certification or equivalent teaching experience preferred.
Sales & Memberships
Full-time
Drive memberships, league signups, lesson packages, and event bookings. You love talking golf, hitting goals, and turning first-time visitors into regulars.
Leadership
Full-time
Run the show. Lead daily operations, manage the team, own the guest experience, and keep the business hitting its targets. Hospitality or retail leadership experience required.
